Do I need an account?
No, not to try. The result appears on the page without one. An email is only needed to hold credits, and the sign-in link that arrives creates the account. There is no password.
What happens to my files?
Uploaded files are deleted from storage when the job that uses them ends, whether it worked or not. Results are private to you, kept for 24 hours by default or 30 days if you choose, and never published.
What is free?
Every tool has a daily free share you can use without an account: see the result and copy it. Credits are for downloads such as Excel, Word and subtitle files, and for work past the free limit.
Do credits expire?
No. There is no subscription, no monthly reset and no expiry date. One balance works across every tool.
What if a result is wrong?
If a job fails or comes back unusable, the credits it charged are returned. Unused credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase.
